Styleframe LLC operates this workspace for collecting creative references and sharing project feedback. This page describes how the current service handles your information.
What the service stores
Your sign-in email, optional display name, account eligibility, projects, uploaded media, reference links, comments, favorites, invitations, and review records. Access and support requests store the name, email, message, and request status you provide. The app uses browser storage for theme and project-view preferences, and authentication cookies to keep you signed in.
Who can see a project
Private project access is limited in the app to its creator and invited accounts. Account administrators do not automatically receive project access through the workspace. Authorized infrastructure operators may access stored data to operate and support the service.
An unlisted link lets anyone who has the link view the saved selection of sections and directions. Comments, removed references, account information, and revision history are excluded. Switching to Private or replacing the link stops further access through the old link; it cannot recall content someone has already downloaded or copied. Previously issued media URLs may remain usable briefly until they expire.
Providers and linked media
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. Hosting and authentication services process technical information such as request metadata to deliver and secure the service. Third-party images and video embeds contact their original providers, which may receive your IP address and browser information and apply their own privacy policies.
AI and your content
Styleframe does not offer AI image or idea generation. The current application does not send project content to an AI generation service. You may organize work made with whichever tools you choose.
Keeping and deleting data
Projects and account records remain stored while needed for the service. Removed references are recoverable until their project is deleted. Confirmed project deletion removes the live project, associated uploads, and review records. Data retained in provider backups or operational logs may persist under those providers’ retention practices. Shared or downloaded copies held by other people remain outside our control.
Questions and requests
Use Support to ask about your information, request account deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before making changes. If our practices change, this page will be updated.
