How does project access work?
Private projects require an invitation and an enabled account. An unlisted link lets anyone with that link view only the sections the creator has shared. It does not allow comments or approvals. If you need an account, request access or use a signup code supplied by your host.
How do scripts and visual references work together?
Open Script in a project. Click a script or visual idea cell to edit it, and use Add section at the bottom to add another row. In the visual idea editor, search your saved references and attach the images or videos that explain that section. Project creators can edit; invited reviewers can leave section comments.
Where do removed references go?
Creators can restore them through Project options → Removed references. Permanently deleting a project also removes its uploads and review records.
